A residential community consisting of 110 townhomes located in South Roseland Estates
South Roseland Townhome Association was incorporated in 1997 as a not-for-profit organization with the following objects:
To manage, maintain, and improve all aspects of the development for the benefit of its members including but not limited to financial management obligations, lawn care, snow removal, irrigation system and roof replacement..
To represent its Members, reflecting the views of the Members and focused on, but not limited to, upholding By-Laws, Deed Restrictions and Policies & Guidelines for the benefit of all Members.
To promote the safety, welfare, and quality of life of residents by establishing and enforcing community standards, policies, and rules consistent with municipal bylaws and provincial laws.
To preserve, maintain and enhance property values within the community through coordinated landscaping, maintenance, and enforcing compliance regarding exterior architectural features.
To organize and support community activities and events that foster neighbourly relations, civic engagement, and a sense of belonging among members. (i.e. Neighbourhood Watch / garage sales)
To collect and manage membership fees, assessments, and other revenues necessary to fund the Association’s operations, maintenance, and roof & irrigation obligations.
To represent the collective interests of members in dealings with municipal, provincial, and other governmental or regulatory bodies.
